Fiscal assistance    Our approval as a fiscal representative means that we can: Represent the company in respect of the French fiscal and  administrative authorities, specifically for signing, sending and receiving documents, correspondence, information requests and declarations. Prepare a counter-claim against the fiscal authorities; In the event of a tax inspection : :: Either assist you throughout the whole of the inspection  and reply to letters and deal with other elements of the procedure (including any transactions) communicated by the verification services during the tax adjustment, back-tax recovery or, if necessary, dispute procedures ;  :: Or simply receive the communications sent by the verification services concerning the taxable base, back-tax recovery or dispute.
