DEB : DECLARATION OF EXCHANGE OF GOODS This is a monthly declaration where the flow of goods, products and assets (including samples) into France from other EEC countries or leaving France for other EEC countries is recorded.  Since 1993 (opening of borders) companies (French, EU or non-EU) have been responsible for making this declaration. SOVEC is approved by the French fiscal authorities and can, on your behalf, send, depose and sign declarations of exchange of goods intended for the Customs services.
